This program consists of 6 modules, led by Jordi Alemany, and
detailed below, in which participants will receive ideas and practical tools that can be applied immediately in their work:

This module will focus on how to lead oneself and establish clear goals. The importance of self-management and self-reflection in achieving success in life and business will be explored.
Module II
Emotional Intelligence
In this module, participants will learn about the importance of emotional intelligence and how it relates to lateral thinking and effective decision- making. Different techniques for fostering creativity and innovation in thinking will be explored.
Module III
Strategic Selling
This module will focus on how to sell effectively in different situations, using different sales approaches to reach different buyer profiles. We will provide them with knowledge and tools improve prospecting, opportunity mgmt. and closing.

The Power of Influence
In this module, participants will learn to communicate effectively. Different techniques for influencing others and achieving sales objectives will be explored. The importance of active listening and constructive feedback will also be addressed.

This module will focus on how to maintain and improve relationships with customers, colleagues, and other important contacts. The importance of establishing lasting and solid relationships and how to handle difficult situations will be covered.

Make the payment for the program
After accepting the quotation, you will have to pay at least 60% of the training cost two week before the start of the training to guarantee you or your employees' attendance to the event and pay the rest three (3) days before the training. Payment can be made either in cash or by wire transfer.
Please note that seats are limited.

Receive training access tickets
Once we have confirmed the payment, we will send you tickets for each registered person. Participants will have to present these tickets on the first day of the training to gain access.
