1) SOME TERMS TO KEEP IN MIND.
First, let’s indicate what words we use in this Policy.
It may seem obvious, but in this Policy we will refer to you as “Candidate” or “Company”.
When we speak of “we” or the “Company” we refer to Woomax, with address in Malabo II, in front of the General Treasury, postal code 3033, Malabo, Equatorial Guinea.
Through its different lines of business, Woomax facilitates different activities related to human resources (HR) such as temporary work, payroll services, recruitment and selection, career transition programs, talent development, training, education, employment counseling and consulting in human resources.
To carry out our activities, the Company uses several computer systems. In some cases, the Company provides a Job Portal and another portal to identify candidates’ skills (MyWootalent).
The first Portal allows you to search and register for those offers that the Company or its associated companies publish and in which you may be interested and which match your profile or experience in the location in which you are interested in working.
Finally, this Policy refers to information about individuals, such as you or your family. It includes information about you, but also opinions that you express and that you have expressed (for example, “I am a football fan”).
This is not information about the Company (although occasionally both may be given).
This type of information is sometimes called “Personal Information”, “Personal Data” or “Personally Identifiable Information” although, throughout this Policy, we use the term “Personal Information”.

The company collects and processes personal information to:
1.- Facilitate the services you expect us to offer you, such as finding a job, helping you through training or facilitating the process to apply for a position or job. This includes forwarding your CV to potential employers for evaluation and keeping you informed of future vacancies available by post, telephone, email or other means of communication.
2.- With your consent, we may also use your personal information for marketing campaigns, for example, via email, messages or telephone.
3.- To develop, test and improve our website/Portal or other processes or services, whether new or existing, and thus be able to offer you a better service. This situation occurs in computer system environments, so your information will be used for testing such systems where the use of fictitious information does not allow for an adequate replication of the operations of the new computer system.
4.- To carry out statistical and analytical studies and research, for example, to compare the effectiveness of the assignments/hiring of Candidates between different business sectors and geographical areas, as well as to search for or identify factors that influence the differences found.
5.- Communicate data to third parties (see below).
6.- When necessary, comply with legal obligations.
7.- We also use the information to:
a) Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
b) Manage communications and other systems used by Woomax (including internal contact database).
c) Investigate and manage incidents and claims.
d) In the case of photos or videos of the training sessions, to communicate internally that the training has been carried out and its content, as well as to promote the sessions internally and externally to third parties.
